Samantha and Blake met on a warm summer evening on June 18th, 2021 in Downtown St. Petersburg. Samantha was new to the area after living in Kentucky her whole life, and Blake was a St. Pete native after growing up in the Tampa Bay region. After a few hours of bonding over video games, sports, and reading, Blake thought the date was ending, and Samantha asked about going to another location that offered pinball, darts, and skeeball because the date was going so well. This turned into an 8-hour date and discovering one of Blake and Samantha’s favorite locations, The Local Taphouse. Blake and Samantha had 3 consecutive dates the very next week, and have been together ever since. They share a home and own a very spoiled yorkie, Stella.
